| All prices include ad set-up and design. If your company would like to submit its own artwork, please follow these guidelines (Please note: we are on a PC/Windows platform):
We request all client-supplied ads be emailed to us in Portable Document Format (PDF). When creating a PDF file, it is important to embed all fonts and create a postscript file of your ad first, then open and run it through Acrobat Distiller, setting the compatability to Acrobat version 4.0 (pdf 1.3). PDF’s made directly out of native programs can be problematic.
When creating your own ad, please understand that all ads are based on the CMYK color model. All black text must be black only, not CMYK.
Individual logos and photos will be accepted in the following formats: TIF, WMF, EPS and JPG/JPEG (note: resolution must be a minimum of 150 and a maximum of 300 dpi). Vector logos are preferred.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to provide PDF format of your artwork, please call for alternate instructions.
